As I was waking up this morning, I was thinking about this image. I couldn’t really come up with an ideal name for it. I know it doesn’t meet the true definition of the word “shack” but in the name of “creative expediency”, please think of it as one. So here are the names that kept running through my mind this morning:
- Psychedelic Shack – Maybe if I played around with the colors?
- Sugar Shack – Looks a little too sturdy to be called “sugar”….
- Love Shack – They say love can be found in the strangest places…
- Caddyshack – Just for the hell of it…
So what did I miss? Know any good “shack” songs that you would like to share?

I could only think of one “shack” song, but “pizza shack,” “crab shack,” and “radio shack” came to mind. There’s a whole world of food shacks to explore (chicken, taco, sub, etc.).
Can you tell I didn’t have much lunch today?
On a more serious note, I do like this image. There’s a lonesomeness and remoteness about it. The remote shack…
I can’t think of a name brief enough to be “zippy.” The Shack of Deep Thoughts at the End of the Earth doesn’t roll off the tongue.
That’s one funky song Robin and you made me hungry, good job…
Not much “zip” Stevo but very deep, Zen even…
Neat picture but it ain’t no grass shack and that ain’t no Kealakakua! Sorry, can’t help but it’s a heck of a picture.
