I like it better. Not as kitschy. And certainly more surrender.
I had to sign up with YouTube to view the video. I don’t know what’s so objectionable about it. Maybe I missed something?

The Latin in me likes this much better, too. To me, it’s a mutual kiss and embrace. Notice the body language. No control here. In fact, the sculptor may have caught something less innocent if he’d waited just another moment as they seem to be about to lose control!
I think it’s a bit of both — surrender and conquer — on both sides. As for control, I gotta agree with Corina on that one.

The video with the music? Of course I saw it. I loved the song. And the video. The video is iffy, in my mind, as to whether it goes with the sculpture or not. The video showed something in someone’s imagination as he imagined the love he was searching for, as the lyrics tell. The sculpture is way more than a love in someone’s imagination. At least that’s my take on it.
