This is such a nice photo – the combo of the pelicans and boats.

Interesting photo. There’s a lot going on in this one. There’s the natural water fowl then the fishermen (or that’s what I think they are) and then behind it all is the sprawling city. Definitely a lot of different worlds in this wonderful photo!

You know, you always hear compliment after compliment. I fear they may get to be meaningless, ‘Oh, everyone just says that.’ So I’m offering contrast, just so all the other compliments sounds so sincere.

I didn’t like this one. It depressed me. I’m not sure why. It might be the colors, the big, ugly beaked birds or the harsh lines.

The more I look at it, the more I want to shut my eyes.

Contrast is good A. It was a gloomy, grey day when I was there, the weather was depressing so maybe some of that comes through. At least it does something to you. ;)
