When The Wheels Come Off

When The Wheels Come Off - Uyuni, Bolivia

Click the photo for a larger version.

Just outside of the town of Uyuni, the jumping off point for the Salar, lies the Railroad Cemetery. The remains of old trains, whole and in part can be found there, a very cool place. These wheels were away from all the clutter, just sitting there.

A very cool photo. I like the grays and tans.

The Railroad Cemetery sounds like a very cool place, one I’d like to see someday.

In the way I used it, it’s meaningless. It was the only saying about pigs that came to mind. My grandmother used it, often.

That’s what a poem looks like.

Thanks Robin. It’s a very cool place but a 3 hour bus ride followed by an 8 hour train ride, sleep and a half hour or so car ride is a long way to go from La Paz. More soon, I shot the whole place.

Thanks Truddle. If I could impose, what did you find haunting?

A, you’re the writer, I’d love to see the poem :)
