Learning to Walk on the Edge of the Salar - Tahua, Bolivia

Such a small town against such a huge expanse of “nothing”.

Doesn’t matter where you are, learning to walk is learning to walk.

Will you look at that rock wall, wow must have taken a long time to build it. The little one who is learning walk is adorable.

Great capture Ron!

I’m so glad I’m getting to travel vicariously through you, Ron (no jet lag this way, either). I’ve never seen such contrasts before, between one environment and another. Or at least not such vivid contrasts.

Wonderful. I like all the curves — the mountains in the background, the wall, the clouds. And the little one is too cute.

Thanks truddle, trust me, you haven’t seen a rock wall yet. I said the same thing you did while I was staring at it. But there’s more, a lot more.

Robin, this country has a little bit of everything, it really is a beautiful place.

Thanks and welcome Armand. Not sure, I went from Uyuni and if I remember correctly it took about three hours to get to Tahua from there.
